A “BEAUTIFUL” village outside Tamworth is bursting with life and colour after recent rain and the easing of pandemic restrictions, and is ready to be a bucket-list item again. All the local produce and talent Nundle has to offer will be on show at the weekend, when locals roll out their picnic rugs and settle in at the annual Nundle Country Picnic. Everything from homemade pickles and salads to lamb grown in the hills outside the village will be served up for lunch, while the coolest woolly winter fashions will be showcased to a soundtrack of live local musicians.
